For standard rates, cancellations made within 24 hours of the arrival date attract a cancellation fee equal to 1 night. For non-refundable rates, cancellations attract a cancellation fee equal to the full value of the reservation.

We accept cash, credit cards, and visa debit. Payments made by card attract a 4% surcharge.

Standard rates will not be charged prior to arrival, although we reserve the right to 'pre-authorise' cards as a form of validation. Non-refundable rates will be charged after the booking has been confirmed.

Direct bank transfers, Western Union, Paypal, and Mpaisa are also offered upon special request.

F$10 key deposit is payable upon check-in and fully refundable at check out.
